Daily Routine - Tai Chi

While reading Touching Spirit Bear, the main character had a morning routine each day that he was on the island. I asked the class if we would be interested in doing a mindful activity like Cole did each morning, and most students answered yes.

We started doing Tai Chi in the mornings as a mindful practice, and most students have started to take to it really well, and have noticed a difference in how it helps them during the day.
We have been using 5 Day Fit Chi to help guide us through our routine.
