Stop the Bleed

We had Michael Kjellstrom and Thompson Shellborn from the BC Ambulance Services yesterday to teach us about how to stop bleeding in case of an emergency. The three steps were learned were:

  1. Packing
  2. Pressure
  3. Tourniquet
We also learned the ABCs of bleeding control

A = Alert 911
B = Bleeding
C = Compress

Happy Wednesday everyone! Today's challenge was inspired by my daily walk where I've been seeing some painted rocks along the pathway.
